Dr. Mozafarian is an assiciate Professor of Orthopedic surgery at Chamran Hospital, and currently holding a position as a Hand and Micro surgeon at Dana Hospital

Following his graduation from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 1990, he completed his internship and residency at the Ophthalmology Department of this university.
He is specialized in Hand & Micro Surgery, and is highly skilled and experienced in this area.

He received the fellowship of Hand & Micro Surgery (1999) and fellowship of upper limbs plastic surgery from the University of Henri

He was certified by Iranian board of orthopedic surgery in 1996, and has received several awards including Poentcare, Nancy in France, in which he acquired the best grade in the fellowship oral and written exams.

He is also a member of Iranian associations of orthopedic and Hand surgery.

During his career of 26 years, Dr Mozafarian has performed numerous operations, some of which were successfully conducted for the first time in Iran such as Vascular Jed Bone Grait, Replantation of Complete Amputation of Lower Limb.
